Another Day as a High School Football Player

Today was our last really physical practice of the week before our big scrimmage on Saturday night. You get the feeling our team is getting better as we practice more(which is what I was hoping for). We have a big challenge ahead of us in 2 weeks as we take on 2-time defending state champion Prattville, in our fall jamboree. Most teams might be anxious or possibly worried, but that's not the vibe I get from our team. It feels is though we are just taking it day-by-day. We know God controls our destiny and why should we worry when he is in control? I'll try to write again Saturday night after our scrimmage.
